Red Wine Vinegar Cipriani
Cipriani vinegar, like cipriani oil, to which it is often accompanied, must season without impositions: the right balance between the mixture of the condiments is what enhances the taste of the dishes it combines with the vinegar we have selected comes from cabernet veneto red wine, produced with an ancient method which, after the acetification process, provides aging in oak barrels. It is characterized by a low acidity rate of 7%
A quality vinegar, obtained from the fermentation of Barbera Piemonte, a high alcohol content wine. The alcoholic residue of about 1.5% alcohol enhances its perfume and aroma; any sedimentation is an indication of genuineness. Produced from Piedmontese wines, in the cellars of La Loggia, a village located in the south of Turin.
