Digital Gift Message

By selecting the Digital Gift Message option, the experience is thoughtfully personalized for both sender and recipient.

• Order Confirmation: immediately after purchase, only the purchaser will receive the standard order confirmation email with full order details.

• Recipient Notification: the recipient will receive a personalized email containing your message and a note informing them that a Cipriani gift is on its way. No pricing, payment, or order value information will ever be shared.

• Shipping: once the order has shipped, both parties will receive an email containing the tracking link, but the content will differ:

  • The purchaser’s email includes the full order summary.

  • The recipient’s email contains a courtesy message and tracking link, allowing them to be ready when the package arrives.

• The purchaser will always be copied (CC) on all communications sent to the recipient, ensuring transparency throughout the gifting process.

Printed Gift Message

Choosing the Printed Gift Message means your note will be printed on an elegant Cipriani card and placed inside the package, alongside the selected products.

You may also provide the recipient’s email address so they can receive courtesy notifications:

• Order Confirmation: only the purchaser will receive the detailed confirmation email.

• Recipient Updates: the recipient will receive a simple courtesy notice once the order is placed, and another email when the package is shipped — containing the tracking link, but without any pricing or payment details.
