Remaining Shelf Life of Products
At Cipriani Food, we are dedicated to providing our customers with high-quality, artisanal food products that guarantee freshness. Your satisfaction and safety are our top priorities when you purchase our products. To ensure this, we have established a policy regarding the remaining shelf life of our products:
- Products with a Shelf Life Greater than 12 Months
For all food products with a shelf life exceeding 12 months, we commit to delivering items with at least 15% of their shelf life remaining. This means that when you receive your order, the product will have at least 15% of its useful life left. - Products with a Shelf Life Less than 12 Months
For food products with a shelf life of less than 12 months, we pledge to deliver items with at least 10% of their shelf life remaining. In this way, we ensure that the products you receive are fresh and ready for consumption.

Return Shipping Costs
Unless the product is damaged, defective, or does not match the description provided on this Website, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. If a return is requested for reasons other than the above (e.g., change of mind, incorrect product, preference or shipping address etc), the cost of return shipping will not be reimbursed. In cases where the product is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect, Cipriani will cover the cost of return shipping upon verification.
Refunds for returned items will be processed only after the returned product is received at the designated return address in the condition specified by our return policy. The customer will be notified via email once the return has been inspected and the refund has been initiated.
A Note Regarding Time:
While standard processing typically takes 2-3 business days (Gift Boxes up to 4 working days), custom orders may necessitate a slightly extended lead time. Delivery itself can range from 2-8 business days, influenced by your esteemed location. Northeastern destinations can expect a timeframe of 2-5 days, while West Coast deliveries may take up to 7 days, excluding weekends and holidays. Please note that peak seasons and holidays may introduce potential delays.
