We exclusively use fresh eggs from free-range hens raised in a 'cruelty-free' environment within our local area. The honey employed originates from a small producer in the Colli Berici region. Instead of artificial flavors, we incorporate only natural vanilla beans and Australian raisins, imparting an amber hue to the Panettone.

Our sweet bread undergoes natural leavening, resulting in a soft interior with the typical irregular alveoli. Its exterior boasts a golden-brown color, while inside, it offers a warm yellow hue. For an optimal Panettone experience, we recommend keeping it inside the bag until ready to serve, allowing the flavors to develop fully before indulging in this exquisite delight
