Processing and Delivery Times:
- 1-3 business days for order preparation.
- Delivery in 3-5 business days to most major European metropolitan areas.
- Delivery times may be extended up to 7 days depending on the destination, particularly disadvantaged areas and islands.
Estimated delivery times are based on standard operating conditions.
- Delays may occur during the Christmas holiday season, starting from Black Friday week.
To change the delivery address, please contact support@cipriani.com as soon as possible, specifying your order number. If the courier allows it, you can change the address yourself by following the instructions you will receive by email from the courier.
What to do upon receipt of the order:
- Check that the package and its contents are intact.
- In case of obvious damage to the packaging, please ask the courier to sign with reservation, specifying the damage found.
- If the packaging is intact, but the contents are still damaged, please contact Customer Service.

Return Shipping Costs
Unless the product is damaged, defective, or does not match the description provided on this Website, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. If a return is requested for reasons other than the above (e.g., change of mind, incorrect product, preference or shipping address etc), the cost of return shipping will not be reimbursed. In cases where the product is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect, Cipriani will cover the cost of return shipping upon verification.
Refunds for returned items will be processed only after the returned product is received at the designated return address in the condition specified by our return policy. The customer will be notified via email once the return has been inspected and the refund has been initiated.

Cipriani Industria S.r.l. is not responsible for any delays caused by the courier or the customer. We recommend placing orders in advance during peak season or holidays.
